I noticed your sign on a house I went past yesterday, then I see this horse property in Gilbert. Are these really unclaimed or is this just another way to market homes. The price seems high on this property but looks interesting.

Thank you for your comment. “Unclaimed” is a term we use when home owner walks away from a home and leaves it to the bank. We consider the home to be “Unclaimed” because it does not have an owner.
As far as price, the $254,900 price is actually quite reasonable. As of this morning, there are actually less than a dozen horse properties (in Gilbert) under $300,000 - so to find horse property at this price, would be considered a very good deal.
